Group Leader in Cleaning Services

Do you want to work in a key role with responsibility for people, quality, and operations? We are now looking for driven and experienced group leaders in cleaning services for our client's facilities. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for planning, monitoring, and developing daily operations.

As a group leader, you have an independent and qualified responsibility for the daily operations within your area. You lead and coordinate the work for your team members and ensure that the operations are conducted efficiently, structured, and with high quality.

You work closely with the operations and act as an operational leader with overall responsibility. In your role, you will have support from team leaders, other group leaders, and the site manager, which creates good conditions for collaboration and development.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, lead, and follow up on daily operations in cleaning services
  • Be responsible for staffing planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Ensure that cleaning is performed according to agreements, quality requirements, and timelines
  • Conduct quality controls and improvement measures
  • Introduce, train, and coach team members in work methods, routines, and quality
  • Actively work on workplace safety, security, and team well-being
  • Handle deviations, complaints, and ongoing improvement work
  • Be a clear point of contact between team members, management, and clients
  • Participate in the development of routines, work methods, and efficiencies

We are looking for someone who

  • Has experience in cleaning services and preferably previous responsibility as a group leader, team leader, or supervisor
  • Is accustomed to taking overall responsibility for operations, quality, and personnel
  • Has a good ability to plan, prioritize, and make decisions
  • Is a confident and communicative leader who creates engagement and structure
  • Is solution-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Holds a valid driver's license (B)

About the position

The position is a permanent full-time employment with an initial probationary period. Start date is according to agreement. The position is located on-site in Åre.
